Perishable Goods
As we sell food products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or if the packaging has been opened. This policy ensures that all of our products remain safe, fresh, and of the highest quality for every customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we take great care in packing each order, we understand that sometimes damage may occur during transit. Here’s how we handle different situations:
- Cosmetic Box Damage: Minor dents, scuffs, or tears to the outer packaging that do not affect the product inside are considered cosmetic damage. We do not offer refunds or replacements for these types of damages.
- Product Damage or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives faulty, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us via Email within 7 days of delivery. In your message, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the issue
If the fault is ours or the product has been compromised during shipping, we will offer either:
- A replacement of the affected item, or
- A refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return or Request a Refund
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at hello@little-eaters.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly assist you with either a refund, store credit or a replacement, as appropriate.
